Some fabrics, including many labelled “S” (solvent clean only) or “X” (vacuum only), cannot be safely wet-cleaned. We will tell you before we start if a piece falls into that group. Leather is not included. If something in the agreed scope is missed, tell us within 24 hours by phone, text or email. We will look at the concern and arrange a reasonable re-clean of the missed, agreed-scope areas at no additional charge.

Most households find once or twice a year keeps upholstery fresh, and homes with pets, young children or allergies may want it more often. Old or set-in stains may lighten without fully disappearing, and we will be honest about that before we begin.
