Standard Clean
For regular upkeep
- Dusting reachable surfaces, shelves, sills, ledges and the outside of the fireplace and mantel
- Vacuuming carpets, rugs and stairs; sweeping and washing hard floors
- Kitchen: countertops, backsplash, cabinet fronts, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors, microwave inside and out
- Bathrooms: tubs, showers, glass doors, tile walls, toilets and vanities cleaned and disinfected; mirrors cleaned
- Light switches and door handles wiped
- Garbage emptied and fresh liners fitted
- Beds made and a general straighten of living areas
- Baseboards checked, with anything that needs a deeper clean pointed out to you
Deep Clean
Standard, plus
- Baseboards wiped down, plus doors, door frames and casings
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted and wiped (where safely reachable)
- Air vents, light switches and outlet covers dusted and wiped
- Blinds and shutters dusted; window sills cleaned thoroughly
- Interior window glass cleaned (window tracks only when listed in your quote)
- Inside-oven wipe-down
- Cabinet fronts, drawer fronts and handles detailed beyond the routine wipe
- Upholstered furniture vacuumed; picture frames dusted
- Bathroom detail: fixtures and chrome shined, tile and grout lines scrubbed to lift surface build-up
Move-In / Move-Out
Deep, plus
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets
- Inside and outside of the fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Baseboards, doors, frames, hinges and handles wiped
- Light switches and outlet covers wiped; light spot-cleaning of walls where it can be done safely
- Interior windows, sills and mirrors cleaned
- Blinds, fans, light fixtures and vents dusted
- All carpets vacuumed; hard floors washed
