Some stains are permanent: dyes, bleach marks and long-set spills may lighten without disappearing, and we will tell you which is which before we start. We clean fitted carpet only, not loose area rugs. If something in the agreed scope is missed, tell us within 24 hours by phone, text or email. We will look at the concern and arrange a reasonable re-clean of the missed, agreed-scope areas at no additional charge.
Pet Accidents: What We Can and Cannot Promise
We will clean carpet with pet urine in it, and that cleaning is real: extraction removes what is in the carpet fibres, which on a fresh or moderate spot is most of it. Urine also soaks through the backing into the pad underneath, often across an area wider than the visible mark. Where it has reached the pad, odour can return, especially in humid summer weather. We do not guarantee odour removal in that situation, and we will tell you which situation you have before the work, not after.
Carpet dries faster with air moving over it. Leaving interior doors open, running ceiling fans or box fans, and using air conditioning in summer (it dehumidifies as it cools) all help. If you are working to a tight deadline, mention it when you ask for a quote.

How long does carpet take to dry?
It depends on the carpet, the humidity and the airflow in the room. Good airflow makes the biggest difference: open doors, fans and air conditioning all help. We will give you drying tips on the day.
Can you get rid of pet odour?
We clean pet accident spots with every carpet clean. If urine has soaked through to the pad, odour can come back, and we do not guarantee odour removal in that case. We will tell you what we find before we start.
Do you clean carpet in offices and businesses?
Yes, we clean commercial carpet. We schedule it around your hours and plan for drying time so the space is usable when you need it.
Do you clean area rugs?
No. We clean fitted, wall-to-wall carpet and carpeted stairs only.
