A short-term rental lives or dies on the turnover. We clean between a morning checkout and an afternoon check-in, scheduled in advance, and set the space up to your staging notes so the next guest walks into the listing they booked.
We work with individual hosts and with people managing several listings. Restocking of guest consumables can be built into the turnover, arranged with the host, and linen handling and laundry coordination can be arranged as part of the turnover.

A Turnover Clean Includes

- Beds made and staged to your standard
- Dishes washed and put away; appliance exteriors, stovetop, sink and counters cleaned
- Quick check of the oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher for anything left behind
- Floors vacuumed and washed; surfaces dusted and sanitized
- Garbage and recycling out, fresh liners in
- Restocking of consumables you supply, where arranged
- Photos of any damage, missing items or left-behind belongings sent to you
Linen and laundry arrangements, such as on-site laundry, swapped sets or a linen service, are agreed per property before they become part of the job. If something in the agreed scope is missed, tell us within 24 hours by phone, text or email. We will look at the concern and arrange a reasonable re-clean of the missed, agreed-scope areas at no additional charge.
