This policy explains how Rejuv Cleaning (“we”, “us”), operated by Garnet Wealth and Property Management, handles personal information collected through rejuvcleaning.ca and in providing cleaning services in Ontario. We aim to follow the fair information principles in Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Who is responsible
We are responsible for personal information under our control. Questions, requests and complaints about privacy go to our privacy contact:

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, service address or postal code, the service you want, property details, timing, preferred contact method, anything you write in the message box, and your consent choices.
- Booking and service details: the service address, access instructions (such as door codes, lockbox or key arrangements, alarm details), notes about pets, rooms and preferences, and the dates and details of the work.
- Payments: invoice and payment records. If you pay by card or online, card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.
- Communications: emails, texts, calls and messages you exchange with us.
Information collected automatically
- Website hosting logs: our host records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
- Spam protection: the quote form uses a hidden “honeypot” field and our form provider’s spam filtering to block automated submissions.
- Analytics and advertising tools: only if enabled and only with your consent. See our Cookie & Tracking Notice.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your quote request by your preferred contact method
- To prepare quotes, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up on it
- To invoice, collect payment and keep business and tax records
- To handle questions, concerns, re-clean requests and incident reports
- To protect our website and forms from spam and abuse
- To send marketing emails or texts, only if you opted in
- To meet legal, insurance and regulatory obligations
We collect only what we need for these purposes.
4. Consent
By submitting a quote request and ticking the required box, you consent to us using your information to respond to that request. Consent to receive marketing messages is separate, optional and never pre-selected. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide a quote or service.
5. Marketing messages
We send commercial electronic messages (marketing emails or texts) only to people who have given express consent, in line with Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL). Every marketing message identifies Rejuv Cleaning, includes our contact information and offers an easy way to unsubscribe. We act on unsubscribe requests promptly and within the time the law requires. Messages that are a direct part of a quote or booking you requested, such as confirmations or scheduling updates, are not marketing.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, including website hosting and form processing (Netlify, Inc.), our email and phone providers, and scheduling, invoicing and payment tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- People who carry out your service, who receive the details needed to do the work, such as the address, access instructions and scope.
- Insurers, professional advisors and authorities where needed to handle a claim, obtain advice, or meet a legal requirement.
- A successor business if the business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.
7. Information stored outside Canada
Some of our service providers, including our website host, store or process information in the United States or elsewhere. Information held outside Canada is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its authorities.
8. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests that do not lead to a booking for up to 24 months, then delete them. We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as needed for tax, legal and insurance purposes, including at least six years for financial records, as the Canada Revenue Agency generally requires. Access codes and entry instructions are deleted or changed when service ends.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including password-protected accounts with multi-factor authentication where available, limited access, and extra care with access codes, keys and alarm details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected people and report it as the law requires.
10. Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used and shared, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Send requests to the contact above. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
11. Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The version and date at the top of this page show when it last changed.
