Post-Construction Cleaning Includes
- Construction dust removed from walls, trim, ledges, fixtures and window sills
- Vents and returns vacuumed and wiped
- Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out; counters and hardware detailed
- Kitchens and bathrooms: sinks, tubs, showers, fixtures and appliances cleaned
- Interior windows, frames and tracks cleaned
- Stickers, labels and light installation residue removed where it is safe to do so
- Floors vacuumed and washed; paint specks and adhesive residue lifted where the surface allows
Heavy debris removal, disposal bins and hazardous materials are not part of the service. Schedule the final clean after painting and installations are complete. If something in the agreed scope is missed, tell us within 24 hours by phone, text or email. We will look at the concern and arrange a reasonable re-clean of the missed, agreed-scope areas at no additional charge.

After painting, flooring and fixture installation are finished. On larger projects, a rough clean partway through makes the final clean faster.
Do you work with contractors and builders?
Yes. We can work to your schedule and walkthrough date. Tell us the site access arrangements and the deadline in your request.
Can you remove paint and adhesive from floors?
We lift paint specks and adhesive residue where the surface allows it safely. We will not use methods that risk damaging a new finish.
