Moving day is busy enough without scrubbing an empty home. A move-out or move-in clean covers everything in a deep clean plus the inside surfaces you can only reach when a home is empty: cabinets, drawers, closets and appliances.
We clean vacant homes with the power and water on. Leftover belongings, garbage removal and biohazards are not part of the service, so please let us know about anything unusual when you ask for a quote.

A Move-In or Move-Out Clean Includes
- Everything in our deep clean
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets
- Inside and outside of the fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Baseboards, doors, frames, hinges and handles wiped
- Light switches and outlet covers wiped; light spot-cleaning of walls where it can be done safely
- Interior windows, sills and mirrors cleaned
- Blinds, fans, light fixtures and vents dusted
- All carpets vacuumed; hard floors washed
Carpet cleaning is quoted separately. Ask for it in the same request and we can plan both together. If something in the agreed scope is missed, tell us within 24 hours by phone, text or email. We will look at the concern and arrange a reasonable re-clean of the missed, agreed-scope areas at no additional charge.
Moving in Guelph and Waterloo Region
Ontario tenancies work differently from many other places. Landlords here generally cannot collect a damage deposit, but the Residential Tenancies Act does make tenants responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the unit. When should I book a move-out clean?
After your furniture and belongings are out, so every surface can be reached. A day or two before the final walkthrough or key handover usually works well.
Will a move-out clean satisfy my landlord?
We clean to a detailed move-out scope, which puts the unit in good condition for inspection. We cannot promise any landlord’s decision, but we can tell you exactly what was cleaned.
Do you clean for landlords and real estate agents?
Yes. We clean between tenants, before a listing, and before a closing. Tell us the date you are working to when you ask for a quote.
